Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Gayle Media Services LLC (“we”, “us”) does with information relating to you. It covers this website and, where an app does not publish its own policy, the mobile applications we release on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
This website
We do not track you. gaylemediaservices.com sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no advertising or social pixels, and builds no profile of you. There is nothing to opt out of because nothing is collected.
Three things on this site do reach servers other than ours, purely to display live public data. None of them are given any information about you beyond what your browser necessarily sends to any website it connects to, such as your IP address:
- NASA / JPL-Caltech (mars.nasa.gov) — public Mars rover imagery.
- Where the ISS at (wheretheiss.at) — the public position of the International Space Station.
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) — the two typefaces used on this site.
Our web host keeps standard server access logs, which include IP addresses and requested URLs. These are used only to keep the site running and secure, and are not combined with anything else or shared.
Our apps
Each app we publish states exactly what it collects on its App Store or Google Play listing, in the required privacy label, and in its own in-app policy where one applies. As a rule:
- We collect only what an app needs in order to function.
- We do not sell personal information, and we never have.
- We do not share personal information with data brokers or advertising networks.
- Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on access-controlled servers.
Cresium Capital is a private, invitation-only portal for members of Cresium Capital Partners. It handles account and financial information on behalf of that organisation and is governed by the Cresium Capital privacy policy.
Client work
When we build software for a client, that client is the controller of the data their product collects, and we act on their instructions. Their own privacy policy governs how that data is used.
Retention
We keep information only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was given, or as long as the law requires. Server logs are rotated on our host’s standard schedule. Enquiry emails are kept while a conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to object to how it is used. Write to us and we will action it — you do not need to give a reason, and we will not charge you.
Children
Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. The current version is always the one published here.
